Operations Manager - Client Onboarding

Empoyment type: permanent, full-time           Location: Malta

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire client onboarding process across the company's product range
  • Review/approve due diligence documents for fund investors
  • Support the firm's Compliance Officer in compliance related tasks
  • Communicate with investors and service providers
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Appreciated language skills: Spanish, Russian and Arabic
  • Experience in the asset management industry
