Analyst - Business Operations

Employment type: permanent, full-time           Location: Frankfurt am Main


  • Act as day-to-day client service contact for assigned group of existing and prospective clients
  • Provide the essential link between sales and operations as well as take ownership of client related issues
  • Project manage the client onboarding process
  • Attend client meetings and events as appropriate
  • Assist in preparing sales presentation booklets and meeting documents for client presentations, etc.
  • Perform research projects on various market and client topics

Professional Profile:

  • Studied Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
  • Service and client oriented, self-motivated, highly disciplined and excellent attention to detail
  • Ambitious, hard-working, driven and capacity to show initiative
  • Team-player personality
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
